I didn’t come to Ayurveda because I was looking for a new career. I came to it because I was looking for answers.
For several years, I struggled with digestive problems including indigestion, bloating and constipation. Like many people, I tried to understand what I should eat, what I should avoid, and what might help. But over time, something more fundamental began to change: I started paying attention to my own body.
Hunger. Quantity. Timing. How I felt after eating. How physical activity affected my digestion. What happened when I ate without hunger, and what changed when I waited for genuine hunger.
That process of observation gradually changed my relationship with food and with my own body. It also opened the door to Ayurveda.
What began as a personal search eventually became years of study and, today, an opportunity to work alongside Dr. Hemant Gupta and help make Ayurvedic knowledge more accessible to others.
This website and the work you see here grew, in many ways, from that journey.
01
Learning to observe
The first change was not finding a perfect answer. It was becoming more attentive. I began noticing hunger, quantity, timing, physical activity and daily habits, and how my experience shifted from one day to another. This was personal observation, not a method I assumed would apply to everyone.
02
Exploring Ayurveda more deeply
As I continued searching, Ayurveda gave me a broader language for questions I was already beginning to ask. I became interested not only in food, but in digestion, daily rhythms, individual differences and the relationship between our choices and how we experience wellbeing.
03
Moving into formal study
Curiosity gradually became sustained study. Alongside my work in technology, I completed formal education in Ayurvedic wellness, lifestyle and coaching. The more I learned, the more clearly I understood that Ayurveda is a deep field that asks for patience, context and continued learning.
04
Working alongside Dr. Gupta
My studies eventually led to the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Hemant Gupta and support Holistic Ayurveda Institute & Wellness Centre. Dr. Gupta brings the clinical knowledge and decades of experience. I contribute through technology, digital learning, program development, communication and wellness education.
05
Helping make knowledge accessible
Today, I am interested in how thoughtful education and technology can help more people encounter Ayurveda with clarity. My role is not to present my experience as a prescription, but to help create useful ways for people to learn, ask questions and connect with qualified guidance when they need it.
What started as a personal effort to understand my own experience continues to shape the work I choose to support today.
