Svetaketu: The Boy Who Knew Everything
The story of Svetaketu is a timeless reflection on the limits of knowledge and the beginning of true wisdom. Though he mastered every scripture and learned all that could be known, Svetaketu was sent back into the forest with nothing but silence, earth, and a herd of cows. Away from learning, repetition, and identity, his knowledge slowly dissolved, giving way to presence. This ancient Upanishadic story reminds us that wisdom does not arise from knowing more, but from becoming still enough to know the knower.
